A feeling of being energy-less is not a medical condition. Yes, sometimes, it may be, but most of the time, not. If you have already checked on your health condition and the report is fine, but you still feel tired all the time, it may be due to other reasons. This article is all about it. We will try to find out the secret reason for this issue.
What happens?
You may want to run away from the work and domestic responsibilities. Lying on the bed and hanging on the cell phone gives you optimum pleasure. You procrastinate all your activities, saying I will do it tomorrow but that tomorrow never comes in your life. Your mood swings frequently. Don’t want to get connected with new people because you have nothing to share.
You may try to escape simple physical homework and compulsory workouts. Everything feels like a responsibility, and you want to hand over all of them to a third party.
Overall, you may want to take a rest and not want to have the burden of any responsibility. You don’t want to stretch your nerves.
We can connect the feeling of being internally weak and lazy with mild depression. Similar behavioural and psychological reactions can be seen in a depressed person, but the difference is that depression is the last level of psychological disorder, while tired feeling throughout the day is the initial stage.
The hidden reasons you feel tired throughout the time:
1. You are tired of following the same routine. And Solutions
If you are a student,
Wake up early in the morning, become fresh, take breakfast, and go to school. Stay in the classroom for 5 to 6 hours every day, forcefully listen to lectures, and unwillingly accept the assignments. Come home, complete homework, and follow the same routine the next day, and so on.
If you are an employee,
Wake up early in the morning with a headache, get fresh, take breakfast, and reach the office on time. Listen to clients, customers, colleagues, and boss. Fulfill all the responsibilities there and bring back the remaining into head in home. The next day, wake up with a headache.
Same routine, same situations, every day, every time. Nothing new is happening, nothing is blowing up the mind, and slowly, you start to feel tired without a reason. The monotomous routine decreases your interest.
If this is happening in your life, think about doing something new. This brings new energy to your body and makes you productive.
2. You may have nobody around who forces you.
Sometimes this happens. You feel exhausted 24/7, not because you are physically weak, but because there is nobody around you who appreciates you for your minor achievements, guides you when you lose the path, and forces you to do something. A positive environment and a positive companion can solve this issue within a week.
During my college days, I used to feel too lazy to study. I didn’t show interest until I met with two friends. They were positive and always interested in studying, and after spending time with them, I realized the importance of studying. I had some backlogs, which I cleared after that. Now, I don’t feel energy loss in this matter.
Another example. A guy from our locality started to earn money after getting married. Before that, he used to spend time doing nothing. His strict wife forced him and made him realize the future threats; his energy came back. Overall, sometimes your dead energy regenerates, making you fresh when someone works as a motivator for you.
3. Fear of Failure and Past Trauma
Failure teaches you many lessons that you will not get in any expensive universities. But while teaching valuable lessons, it may also take all your internal and external stamina. Furthermore, past mistakes and trauma also affect mental health.
So, the reason you feel tired every time can be the fear of failing again or reliving past memories into the head. If so, you need to realize that life is not perfect, not even for Kings and dictators. Every failure, mistake, and trauma gives you knowledge so that you may not repeat the same thing again in the coming days.
Try to celebrate your small achievements with near and dears. Accept the failure and do it again with new energy. I know it is difficult, but being energy-less all the time only worsens your future. Imagine now you have five regrets and are tired; if you repeat the same thing again, you will have uncountable regrets.
4. Mobile Screen is also the biggest reason.
How often do you use a mobile phone and for what purpose? The biggest reason most youth and teens are mentally tired because of rapid use of Mobile. Some are addicted to video games, some are addicted to social media, and others use it for educational purposes. Those who use it for educational purpose they are more active and energetic than those who are addicted.
I checked my brother’s phone and saw that he used his mobile phone 16 hours a day for the last 2 months. He plays online video games. The issue is that he is turning lazier day by day, and doesn’t show interest in other activities. I gave him the same suggestion to stop using the mobile consecutively, and he is feeling well.
It is okay to play games and use social media, but the whole day is not okay. This trend may make you such a person who becomes unsociable and can’t make eye contact with others.
5. You may be unable to adopt the new situation. (Over Dependency)
A person has to go through two different worlds. The first one is dependent, and the other is Independent. A dependent world means you are in your comfort zone, which means you are getting all your basic needs met. Whereas independent means you have to meet the basic needs of those who expect you to.
Now,
When your life suddenly shifts to independence, and you have no idea what to do next, you become tired and demotivated.
6. Stuck in a toxic situation or with ungrateful people
Ungrateful people are those who point out your mistakes and flaws. Whatever goodness you do for them, they are never thankful. These people create an environment that is more dangerous than a poisonous room. Neither can you adjust there nor can you escape easily. Scan your life for a while. Are you surrounded by toxic people who spread negativity, respond to you with negative energy, blame you, or secretly hate you? If yes, they are absorbing all your positive and productive energy and feel tired all the time.
The toxic situation makes you sleepy all the time, and you can’t focus on anything properly. Because you think about that situation and person 24/7. This often happens in relationships and an immature family environment.
7. Miss someone you care for
Do you have someone in your life you miss a lot but can’t make a good connection with? We miss people for two reasons; First is they are the best memory of your life, or they were the worst. If the person was good, missing him/her don’t affect your mind that much. However, if he/she has left unsolved emotions, then you will feel tired thinking of negative memories from morning to midnight.
The only solution is to solve the emotional needs or cut the connection permanently. Cutting the bond can be difficult, but you can do this by setting boundaries. Missing someone who doesn’t care about your needs and feelings can destroy your mood and make you less energetic.
8. No goal, no long-term plans
You may be punctual in your routine and a responsible person. But, punctuality should have purpose and vision. For example, you wake up early in the morning, but for what? You study in your free time, but why? If you are doing activities without a dream of future achievement, then you are bound by compulsion rather than self-will. You may be doing it because you have to do it anyway.
Sometimes, having no goal and a long-term plan makes you feel powerlessness and being tired all the time.
If so, then you are walking on the wrong path, and your body signals this by giving the feeling of weakness and laziness.
9. Want for External Validation
There are two types of people: those who don’t care about others’ opinions and those who seek validation in everything.
Let me give you an example;
A guy went to a fancy store and purchased a T-shirt. He wears that T-shirt and visits his friend. His friend gave a negative comment on his choice. That guy feels upset internally.
Similarly, you are preparing for a banking job. Someone told you that it is not a good profession, but why are you working hard?
Another, you begin a small startup, but the surrounding people laugh at your work, saying that you are a graduate student instead of going into the professional field, and that you are doing cheap work.
These kinds of situations may have come in your life. If someone says it is good, your energy boosts; otherwise, you decide to quit. Trust me, those who seek external validation are always unsatisfied, unhappy, tired, and demotivated.
So, I want to say, work for yourself and don’t expect appreciation immediately. And another thing, people comment based on their opinion. If you think it is good and works well, then it will be.—Be active.
Conclusion
So, I have mentioned some hidden reasons why you are exhausted all the time and work without motivation and energy. After knowing reasons, you can solve your issue accordingly.
Your internal thoughts are a significant factor that makes you tired or fresh. There are other external factors too, which I described in this article. Anyway, your life should have purpose. A person with purpose is always active and energetic because they know they will reach somewhere in the future, and they keep walking with excitement.
