Which Personality person are you? Survivor, Performer, or Builder?

Whatever image you show to the world, there is one personality hidden inside you. It may not reveal everywhere, at any time. But one day it will reveal itself silently to the public or loudly inside you. Therefore, it is time to expose your hidden person; do you have a survivor, a performer, or a builder personality?

Survivor Personality Person

Why don’t you expand your shop? Your shop has high potential. Expand one branch, hire one worker, and expand your network.

But no, I don’t want to do that.

My shop is fulfilling all my basic needs; moreover, my family is happy with these earnings. I don’t want any risks. I don’t want to invest in something without a guarantee of return.

This is a family-run business; my grandfather did the same, and my father has taught me to do the same. I am satisfied with it, no stress, no expectation.

That is how survivors sound.

Everything is like a lake’s water(No Shake, No Tides). Peaceful and silent. But on the other hand, no expansion, nothing new, no growth. Wake up, follow the fixed schedule, meet the same people, and sleep.

Survivors don’t want to take any risks in life. They have an inner fear of losing what they already have. OR, they are so disciplined that they don’t want to break their psychological rule.

Your philosophy is simple: live a life with security, but don’t disturb the current security with the greed trying to achieve something else. If today goes peacefully, you are satisfied.

You don’t want to fight for anything. Even you are silent in a relationship.

It is good. You have the right to live in your own way. But deep down, if you carry a survivor traits, then you may not grow well.

Performer Personality Person

Wow, Wow, Wow, you are amazing, you did great. Am I? Thank You.

I will do even better next time. I feel good about your appreciation.

Yes, that is good. You are doing well, keep it up.

Seriously? At least someone is happy with me. I will keep it up.

If your motivation is fueled by sweet words, appreciation, and validation, then you have a performer traits.

These people either achieve a massive success or a great failure. It all depends on the other’s reaction.

If your father is happy with your 60% marks, next time you will work hard to obtain 80% to impress him. If your boss appreciates you, you become loyal toward him. Because you have a hunger for love and appreciation.

Since performers are validation seeker, they don’t live life for themselves but for others; to get love, to impress them.

During this journey, if they are with an appreciative and motivating social circle, they can become a king.

They are risk taker; not for themselves, but on behalf of others. The sound of clapping makes them work hard till midnight.

But but but…

The same people are found to be highly depressed because they are oversensitive to criticism. If you criticize them, they disappear from society. They are prone to self-doubt and anxiety issues. They overreact.

Most of their happiness depends upon others. If others are happy, they are happy. They become highly successful in life, but in one condition;

Someone should clap for them for their small actions, and someone should validate their actions. They need publicity.

Builder Personality Person

I would compare builders to crocodiles. Have you seen a crocodile? Fat skin, waits for prey for hours, looks lazy but strong moves, and lives in both land and water.

People with a builder traits believe in patience, and they trust in what they do. Because they do for themselves, neither for validation nor for attention.

They don’t seek happiness and motivation from others. Speaking less and showing results is the purpose. Their hard work is always silent, and success is loud.

These people think that to attract bees, one must make a garden.

They spend years building something that makes them worthy. For this, they rarely appear in society until their mission is complete.

But they are prone to one risk: loneliness and insecurity. If the plan works, they become a leader of performers and survivors. If the plan fails, they disappear forever from society.

Builders have one goal in life. And to achieve it, they are ready to do anything. They are high-risk takers and less emotional but more logical. Family, friends, and relationships are their second priority. The first priority is always being powerful.

These people face the reality of life at an early age.

If you are the person who hates unnecessary publicity, appreciation, and validation but spends most of your time silently on a project, then you have a builder personality.

Which personality person are you?

Sit peacefully and think, or stand in front of a mirror and judge yourself, which traits do you have: Survivor’s, performer’s, or Builder’s?

If you are a survivor, I would suggest you get out of your comfort zone. The world is big. Nature has made everything, every experience, and every place different. Life is all about experience rather than survival.

If you are a performer, I would suggest that attention and appreciation are like a drug. One day, there will be a shortage of it, or it may become expensive for you. The real appreciation comes from the result rather than the performance or appearance. Therefore, seek inner motivation and live for yourself.

If you are a builder, I would suggest that power is not everything. A genuine relationship is far more important than having a secure life. People may respect you, but you will always be surrounded by fake relationships throughout your life. Therefore, show some engagement to build up a relationship. One day, you may have a kingdom but not loyal citizens.

If you have mixed personalities, you are at risk. But in one condition. If you don’t know, you have.

When you don’t know who you are or what you have, you feel lost in life.

Mixed traits are good if you already know who you are. This allows you to use your potential according to situations.
